CHEMMY ALCOTT
Best known for being Britain’s Number One skier for a record seven years, Chemmy Alcott is no stranger to performing at speed in cold conditions. Having competed in three Winter Olympic Games and six FIS World Championships, the determination and courageousness she has developed through sport has been transferred to the ice in this year’s Dancing on Ice 2012 series. Despite having suffered terrifying injuries including a broken neck and shattered leg, Chemmy has continued to impress the judges and audiences alike with the help of skating partner Sean Rice, improving each week and proving that hard work and determination can lead to great things.
